FGCU’s Petra Halmai Helps Break Hungarian National Record At The Olympics
Way to go Petra Halmai! She’s making SWFL proud!
According to NBC 2, Petra Halmai made her Olympic debut and helped the Hungarian swim team break a national record in the mixed 4×100 medley relay. This all happened on Thursday morning at the Tokyo Aquatics Centre. Her and her relay finished with a time of 3:47.15 which allowed them to break the Hungarian national record by more than a second. She plans to continue her dream and make everybody proud including her school and country by swimming in Paris in 2024 and LA in 2028.
