There’s a cock on the loose in San Carlos Park. That’s right. There’s a rooster running rampant in a San Carlos neighborhood according to NBC2.
Neighbors waking up to the rooster’s crow aren’t very happy about it.
Technically, no one is allowed to have roosters in San Carlos, they’re supposed to be a $250 per day fine for anyone who violates the anti rooster rule.
Sounds pretty fowl to me…
